This online seminar will explore addictive patterns as Universal to the human experience. Addiction can be understood as stemming from a healthy evolutionary need to feel safe and easeful, but in a way that can become self-destructive through the distortion of trauma that resides in our nervous systems--until processed. We'll examine the current state of addiction in society and how we can support ourselves and our communities in navigating these challenges.
